Finding Your Peace with Integrity
You’re struggling with life’s challenges and need professional help to improve your mental health. Yet, you also have a strong Catholic faith and want to incorporate that into your healing process. Or, you may struggle in your relationship with God and want to improve it. We can help!
Integrity Counseling Services is Pennsylvania’s premier Catholic counseling and spiritual direction practice. Under the direction of Dr. Peter C. Kleponis, our highly trained therapists are ready to help you overcome struggles with depression, anxiety, addictions, PTSD, trauma, anger and relationships. The Benefits of Therapy

Throughout the years, many studies have shown that psychotherapy is an effective form of treating and managing mental illnesses and other emotional disorders.
Our experienced team of therapists at Integrity Counseling Services in PA can assist you in exploring your core issues and moving toward a healthy, fulfilling life. Utilizing a variety of approaches including Behavioral, Biopsychosocial, Christian, Cognitive/Cognitive-Behavioral, EMDR, Family Systems, the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems, we will work with you to create a treatment plan customized to meet your unique circumstances.
With honesty and compassion, our therapists will work with you to create an open channel of communication. The goal of our therapy sessions together will be to help you develop the mental fortitude needed to lead a successful life. Additionally, we will work on the skill of self-compassion, which will allow you to move more easily through difficult times in the future, as well as become a more productive and happier person.
The Benefits of Spiritual Direction
“Count it all joy, my brethren, when you meet various trials, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing” (James 1:2-4).
It can seem counter-intuitive to talk about “joy” and “trials” at the same time. As people of faith, however, we believe that the two are connected. We know that the love of God and the joy that comes from Him are intertwined with suffering and sacrifice. Although we desire to find God amidst the messiness, sometimes it’s challenging to do so. It can be difficult to hear Him when the noise of our everyday lives is loud and when our struggles command our attention and energy.
Spiritual direction can help us find, hear and listen to God by calling us into a deeper relationship with Him. As we open and attune our hearts to His voice, the Holy Spirit reorients us to Himself so that we might discern how and to what He is calling us.
Even in the midst of trials, the Lord shows us that the deepest and truest joy ultimately and always comes from uniting with Him. And, when we do — when we listen to Him, allow Him to carry us, and when we can see ourselves through His eyes — we are transformed and renewed, “perfect . . . complete, lacking in nothing.”
“The future starts today, not tomorrow.”
– St. John Paul II
